Diary of Life: Its Really not that Cold

“Nothing burns like the cold.”
George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones

Weeks are a funny measurement of time but then again there are many other funny little ways to measure time. That being said the first quarter of Winter is officially over and so is the Third Week of The New Year. Time is such a funny thing and there are such few ways our reality allows us to decorate it remember and immortalize it.

It’s been a great week. In sitting here and trying to digitize my fleeting memory I can whole-heartedly say it was good. I can’t remember the details but that just encourages me to do better at finding new exciting and creative ways of capturing the moment. Notable activities: coffee with friend > shopping (note to self: make return) >Trip to San Jose. Even writing that down makes me feel excited and grateful at the life I have created for myself.

I need to be intentional with a few key things moving forward naming…work/ personal relationships/ and my material presence and approach in the year 2025. My life looks exactly how I am shaping it (albeit also shaped by a few key and crucial outer forces) and I want to make sure it is also filled with people who inspire challenge and excite me into action…who light me up in ways I didn’t know were possible.

These last 3 days being immersed in and surrounded by such supportive loving energy felt powerfully reinvigorating for my essence. This weeks card pull was the Three of Cups so I feel invited to revel in the good times. I do need to hit the brakes because while I know my dear friends would love to have me I know the understand more how crucial saving financially is in the current moment. Communication is key and I’ll make sure to send them a meme or two, maybe an article or advice suggestions to a message from a week ago. Don’t let time take away an opportunity for you to reach out. Strengthen the bonds that are there keep them alive, nothing burns like the cold.

Im excited for this next week and will continue to find my rhythm the steps needed smooth dancer. xoxo Bbb
